PROGRAM STRUCTURE

Our Program Structure

Royal Gymnastics delivers a carefully designed mobile preschool gymnastics program that comes directly to your preschool or daycare center—making high-quality movement education accessible, safe, and consistent for young children.
Each week, our professional team assembles two to three age-appropriate gymnastics events on site. These events are selected and arranged to provide a balanced combination of movement challenges that support physical development, emotional confidence, and brain growth.
Class Format
  • Class length: 40 minutes
  • Age groups:
    • 2–3 years old
    • 4–6 years old
  • Student-to-coach ratio:
    • Maximum of 7 students per coach
This low ratio ensures individual attention, safety, and meaningful progress for every child.
Children rotate through the events in a structured yet playful environment, allowing them to explore movement, build skills, and develop confidence at their own pace.

Guided by The Optimum Child (TOC) Methodology

Every Royal Gymnastics class is guided by The Optimum Child (TOC)—the world’s first gymnastics-driven pediatric biohacking methodology, designed specifically for children ages 2–6.
The TOC gymnastics framework includes:
  • The 3P-Program
A brain-based progression of preschool gymnastics skills adapted to each age group and equipment setup.
Picture
  • The Physical & Emotional Gradient Chart
A real-time tool that helps coaches match challenge, tone, and support to each child’s emotional and physical readiness.
Picture
  • The Physical Qualities Chart
A developmental map that supports balance, coordination, strength, agility, and body control.
Picture
  • Neuropsychology Principles
Applied through movement to enhance focus, emotional regulation, confidence, and learning readiness.

This integrated approach ensures that children are not just learning gymnastics skills—they are developing the physical, cognitive, and emotional foundations needed for lifelong success.

Extending TOC Beyond the Gym

Families who are interested in the complete TOC system can further support their child’s development at home by accessing the Nature Elements Home Kit, which includes parent-friendly guidance on:
